To initiate a return:
Email us at help@xkartz.com within 3 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and bank account or UPI ID details for refund.
A clear unboxing video (without cuts/edits) from the moment of opening the package is required for damaged/defective claims.
After approval, our team will share the return authorization and instructions with you.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account or UPI ID (details provided during return request).
You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
Customers must ensure that returned items are properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
If the product is damaged due to poor packaging, the return/refund may be denied.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel, log in to your account and use the “Cancel Order” option next to your order number.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return policy will apply.
