Mention your order number, reason for return, and bank/UPI details for refund.
For damaged/defective items, please share an unboxing video (without cuts or edits).
Once approved, our team will arrange pickup and confirm by email.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be sent to your bank account or UPI ID as provided.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — the return process will apply.
