At XKartz, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If you ever need to return something, here’s how it works:
You Have 5 Days to Return
You get 5 days from when your stuff arrives to decide if you want to return it. This gives you time to check if it’s what you wanted.
Easy Returns, No Extra Charge
Returning things should be easy. We don’t charge you for returns, and we’ll even cover the return shipping cost.
When Can You Return Something?
To return an item, it must meet these conditions:
It should be in new, unused condition, just like when you got it.
You shouldn’t have used or changed it.
Make sure you return everything that came with it, like tags and any extra stuff.
How to Return Something
Here’s how you return an item:
Email us at help@xkartz.com within 5 days of getting your order. Tell us your order number and why you want to return the item. Also include your Account details where you want the refund.
We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or missing.
We’ll need a video showing how you unpacked the item, without any edits.
Getting Your Refund
Once we get your return request, we’ll give you the go-ahead and tell you how to send it back.
After we check the returned item, we’ll give you your money back within 2 business days. It’ll go back to the bank account that you have mailed us at the time of returning the order.
Your Responsibility
You need to pack the item up well so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back to us.
Canceling an Order
If you want to cancel an order, please do it before we ship it. Log into your account, find the order you want to cancel, and choose the “cancel order” option.
